BEHIND THE WORK
Experience spanning the stage, the cloud, and mission-critical infrastructure.
Lynum Technologies was founded by Austin “ATX” Lynum, an audio and systems engineer with more than 20 years of experience across live production, audiovisual systems, enterprise IT, and cloud infrastructure.
Austin’s credits include FOH, monitor, and systems engineering for Naturally 7’s international tours; house audio engineering at House of Blues Houston; event technology support for Google I/O with Clair Data Services; and FOH and livestream engineering for Daily Bread Church.
At NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, Austin supported mission-critical operations and performed permanent infrastructure installations for audio, video, fiber-optic, and Cat6 data connections. His work also included data-center server and network deployments, video-switching systems, and technical support during Space Shuttle launch operations.
His Cloud and DevOps experience includes leading systems engineering teams, managing production AWS and Google Cloud environments, supporting Kubernetes infrastructure, automating deployments with Terraform, and building CI/CD and observability systems. He has improved API performance by approximately 20% and reduced cloud operating costs by roughly 40%.
